Physical Education course consists of structured physical education followed by supervised creative movement and fun games. We will focus on individual skills as well as work on team building skills through games and various exercises. We will work on improving endurance and strength throughout the year while having fun with exercising.

Sneakers and appropriate clothing along with a water bottle is required.
